MASSAGE

As a qualified physiotherapist and concerned with how tight muscles, pain and limited movement can influence on our daily basis I introduced massage as one of my main skills. 

 

During periods of prolonged inactivity, for example, long days and weeks working at a desk or after your Pilates or gym session where some muscles can get tight as a result of their restricted movement or just for the fact that they have been working hard. A good massage could help you get back to your normal and prevent you from having muscle pain and further problems.

 

I have many years experience working in this field specialising my sessions in muscular skeletal problems and I am also qualified to practice dry needling, which I introduce as part of my treatment as and if necessary. With my massage I support a well-defined physique by increasing circulation that improves your muscle tone  and helps to heel the damaged tissue.
